Together we clear any blocks, stuck-ness, limitations in your body and being. I touch 32 points on your head in a series of ways, and you get to relax on the table allowing your chakras, energy meridians to be balanced and centered, and your mindset to shift into the liminal spaciousness of alpha brainwaves. Afterwards we discuss what comes through you - to me - for you in a coaching session to integrate what you've cleared.
